Reflecting on her "Baywatch" days, "It was my best job ever," she reminisces. "Every morning, I woke up and drove to work through the pineapple fields, my windows down, smelling the sweet smell. Then, when I got to set (which, of course, was a beach!!!) I got to hang out all day, every day, on a beach, frolicking in the warm waters with beautiful human beings like Jason Momoa." This experience, she notes, was "for sure one of the highlights of my life."

However, Roderick's journey hasn't been without its challenges. The cancellation of "Baywatch" was a pivotal moment in her career. "When I got the starring role in Baywatch, the number one most-watched show worldwide, I thought that was it! I've made it!" she admits. "I'll always have a job and never have to audition again. Well, that was far from the truth." This reality check became a driving force in her career, teaching her the value of persistence and continuous growth.

Roderick's resilience shines through in her approach to both her career and personal life. She emphasizes the importance of doing "what others won't," advising aspiring actors and filmmakers to "do the legwork and footwork, be creative, and don't take no for an answer." Her mantra, "When a door closes, find a window to crawl through and think outside the box," encapsulates her determined spirit.

In her latest venture as a director and producer for Wineville, Roderick explores intense themes and personal struggles. When asked about her hopes for the film's impact, she says, "I hope when people watch this movie, they will come out shocked and say, 'I didn't see that coming.' For me, the unexpected is what makes a thriller great, and we have quite a few unexpected twists."

Beyond her professional achievements, Roderick is deeply committed to personal growth and maintaining a positive outlook. She shares her daily routine, inspired by "the miracle morning" concept. "I start my morning at 5:30 am," she explains. Her routine includes meditation, visualization, gratitude journaling, affirmations, and reading or listening to self-improvement books. "It grounds me for the day and keeps me focused on what is truly important," she reflects.

Regarding beauty and self-care, Roderick emphasizes the importance of hydration, regular skincare treatments, and self-confidence. "Drink lots of Alkaline water daily," she advises, adding that getting a HydraFacial every six weeks and considering beauty IVs before events can contribute to a healthy glow.”

"If you weigh 150 pounds, drink at least 75oz of Alkaline water daily. "I'm ready to bring some light into homes because lately, there has been so much darkness in the world, and we need a little more feel-good content." However, she quickly adds that her ultimate goal extends beyond her career: "My goal is to raise my kids to be gentlemen who treat people with kindness and respect, to give them the tools to follow their dreams and not settle."

"I want people to look at my career and understand that 'she believed she could, so she did,'" she states with conviction. "I want to inspire my children and anyone out there so that if you have a dream, you CAN make it a reality."
