DSW x Christian Cowan F/W 2025 NYFW Runway Collection
On February 7th, 2025, at 7:30 PM, DSW, the leading footwear and accessories retailer, partnered with NYC designer Christian Cowan for his highly anticipated F/W 2025 runway collection during New York Fashion Week. This marks the second season of their iconic collaboration, which blends fashion and footwear in groundbreaking ways.
The runway featured DSW footwear in every look, with six exclusive garments designed to incorporate DSW shoes directly into Cowan's creations. Notable front-row guests, including Ubah Hassan and Jessel Taank, showcased DSW footwear, further highlighting the collection's versatility and appeal.
Sarah Crockett, DSW's Chief Marketing Officer, shared, "What DSW really loves about Christian's work is there's an essence of fun and levity to it, whether it's the details, the materials, or the whole look, you can't help but smile. Self-expression is a big part of our brand's identity; We jumped at the opportunity to play and create with Christian through the fun our shoes bring to fashion."
Christian Cowan added, "I enjoyed working with DSW so much last season, that I was inspired to create pieces of my collection entirely out of DSW shoes. With the looks incorporating the DSW shoes, I've tried to hit different avenues. Like, we've got our downtown cool girl mini party dress that's quite avant-garde, but then we've also got like a Cannes film festival gown, but also there is my version of a workwear suiting moment. And just really showing different types of women in this make-believe world where they were like I'm just going to wear these shoes all over my body."
The collection is now available for purchase at DSW.com and in-store nationwide. From February 12th to March 12th, fans can experience the unique pieces in person at DSW's Union Square flagship store through a public installation.
